About:

Helen is very skilled and experienced Registered massage therapist and Registered Acupuncturist/Registered Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner.  She graduated from protege College of registered massage therapist program and Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture diploma program of Toronto School of Traditional Chinese Medicine.  She has used that depth of understanding of the body to practice as a RMT and R.ac/Rtcmp to improve one's health and wellness.  She also specializes in Swedish, deep tissue, prenatal, trigger point therapy, sports and medical therapeutic massage and acupuncture treatment.  She customizes her treatments to your individual needs that will leave you feeling relieved and rejuvenated.
